 The way I've laid things out is I'm gonna first give you a little background info on myself and who I am, and then I'll share my current business portfolio and income programs with you... these are the same ones I currently use to generate an income from the comfort of my home...

So who am I?  I'm a pretty reasonable guy who has some pretty unreasonable exciting goals. Goals that are becoming a reality because of the path I have chosen for my life. Don't get me wrong, I have found personal and financial success through jobs in U.S. Army, Electronics Engineering Technology, and as a Truck Driver. But I was created for a purpose and too much of my life has been spent in the 8 to 5 routine trying to make ends meet hoping that things will someday get better.

Guess what?  That day has arrived.  I am now locked in with marketing systems and opportunities that has my course set for financial freedom.  No hype.  No pressure.  No regrets.  Just a simple system that when mixed with a strong desire and persistence is practically foolproof.

Helping others achieve financial success is my personal and business mission.

With that being said, I can teach you everything I know about making money on or off the Internet if you're serious enough to take some action. The process can be a lot of fun once you understand the leverage and marketing concepts I can share with you.

But let me say up front that there's no 'magic pill', or 'free lunch' when it comes to making money on the internet, and you already know that if you've researched or tried other opportunities out there.

People that know me, know I'm a real easy going, down to earth kinda guy... I tell it like it is, get to the point and I do my best to give people valuable information they can use to empower themselves.

Over many years of marketing on and off line, what I've found is that most websites and emails really don't validate trust or relationship-building when it comes to getting involved in online business opportunities.

There are so many scams and sites which will take your money and rip you off in an instant... If you're like me, maybe you've been burned more than a few times, but you obviously haven't given up hope yet, have you?

I wanna to be able to connect and identify with you... We may be very similar in many ways, I don't know...

My guess is that if you're still reading this, you've probably had some experience with a "home business" before. And for most of us, it wasn't a positive one... am I right?

Like me, you've probably wasted time and money struggling to figure out how to succeed with your own business, or even if it was possible in the first place.

Well, not only is it possible for ANYONE to make money, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction and help you see how this can become a reality for you.

But before we talk about that, if you're the type of person that hates doing meetings, chasing friends and family, or cold-calling, then I have great news for you...

Let me tell you some of the things I do not do to build my business!

• I Don't make a list of my friends and family to pitch my business to.
• I Don't hold one on one presentations or meetings.
• I Don't spam (unsolicited e-mail).
• I Don't stock a garage full of products.
• I Don't do home parties.
• I Don't cold call strangers.
• I Don't do traditional sales.

So... even though this is still a WEBSITE, I'm gonna tell you a lot about who I am as a person. The reason I do this is
the more you know about me, the more you'll understand that doing business with me will help you succeed in realizing your goals.

By the way, if you find someone that shares similar interests and is easy to talk to and down to earth, doesn't it make it easier to contact them? You already pretty much feel like you know them! This is why this online relationship-building strategy will work for you as well as it does for me.

Born In NorCal

Humble Beginnings - I was born in Northern California, in a city called Stockton.  I come from an average, middle-class background.   I made my way through several career choices. Guess you could say I was "looking for my niche" in life.

I'm the Middle of three children all boys, and yes my mom and dad had their hands full raising us! and I live in Glendale, AZ (Think Phoenix)

I am dating a beautiful woman that came into my life in 2006 her name is Tomika and is a very intelligent woman.  I met her on the internet of all places... ahhh gotta love the Net! I just typed in what I wanted and out she came hahaha!

The interesting thing is that when she came into my life I was not looking for the "right" woman but when opportunity knocks you better answer the door! 

We share the same philosophy about life. When we met, we instantly connected on so many levels - spiritually, emotionally, physically and philosophically. And more.

Tomika is an Assistant Principal at a high school and I can tell you from listening to her stories that she has her hands full educating and disciplining high school children.  "Parents please don't expect school teachers to raise your children" She loves her job because of the interaction with the children and watching the develop into young adults. 

We are dog lovers, although I don't have a dog of my own I consider Tomika's dog "Ink" to be my dog also

He's the Prince of the household because there can be only one King :-0 ! I've never seen a dog with so much personality I sometimes laugh just watching him be a dog.

I don't know about you, but I believe there's no better way to get to know someone than to see them with the people they love, doing the things they enjoy!

And I think a big part of someone getting to know you is to find out more about where you live, what you do, and what's important to you.

Time is our most precious commodity. It's the one thing we can't get back once it's gone.  That is why I focus on simple programs that provide a good upfront income as well as a residual component so that I can get paid over and over again for something I did one time.  True walk away income. 

Be All I Can Be

When I was 18 I decided to join the Army and “Be All I Can Be” Most of my time in the Army was spent in Ft. Wainwright Alaska (Fairbanks) where I was a Combat Engineer (I installed and removed obstacles like mines, fences, etc…) It was quite a shock going from my high school life as a boy to the United States Army as a man.

The Army provided me with a deep understanding about the importance of discipline in life which would serve me well later.
 

My interest in electronics started when I was a kid and I have always enjoyed tinkering with things to see how they work.  In fact part of the reason I joined the Army was so i could pay for my college education. 

I completed my tour of duty and moved to Phoenix, Arizona to attend DeVry University, where I was the first one in my family to graduate college with a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.

After college I managed to land a job as a technician in the Semi-Conductor industry working as a Technician however, after about 1 year I was laid off. This would happen to me a couple more times over the next 3 years before I realized that corporate America does not offer any amount of financial security or wealth for that matter. 

Just before my 3rd layoff in as many years I decided that the semiconductor industry was not for me. On the advice of a close friend I decided to become a Semi-Truck Driver.  I have had the pleasure to travel the landscape of America and see many interesting things, you would be surprised how small America is when you are driving from coast to coast.

Hobbies And Interests

There are lots of hobbies we enjoy. Tomika's favorite hobby is... you guessed it to shop but she is not a shopaholic yet haha.   I would say our favorite past times are to watch movies and going out dancing.  I am really a techno geek and love technology although it does give me a headache at times.  

We also love taking local weekend vacations and getaways although we don't do it as much as we want to.

One of my favorite things to do is to go out dancing as a matter of fact check out my moves...

 

Traveling is one of the many things that we want to do more of.  I like places that involve alot of sun, water and beaches.  That is why I pick the types of business that provide residual income so that it will pay for a lifestyle of fun and travel.  That is one of the perks of an home-based business, and having both the financial freedom and the time freedom to just get up a go when you want.

As I mentioned before, I'm focused on building multiple streams of income and teaching and empowering others to do the same.  I prefer income preservation through diversification, instead of putting all my eggs in one basket.

Think Baskin Robbins. They have 31 flavors for a good reason; not everyone likes the same thing. It's the same way in a home based business... I like to offer more than one "flavor", a business "buffet" if you will. But I take it one step further by focusing on building businesses that are primarily automated and simple to understand, a person can put their money to work for them by using simple to follow marketing systems.   In other words, place simple ads in a few places and get paid.

I was Introduced to the Direct Sales Business

While I was in college I began looking for ways to supplement my income on the side.   Direct Sales was my answer at that time.

I attended my first opportunity meeting in a crowded little office space in Phoenix, Arizona and got hooked up with a company called World Marketing Alliance.   I credit this organization for opening my eyes to the possibilities out there and to what it truly means to be debt free and wealthy.

They marketed many financial products such as Mutual Funds, Term Life insurance, whole life insurance etc… There flagship product was an insurance product called “VUL” Variable Universal Life Insurance, to be able to earn commission selling this product I needed to get my Insurance license and a Series 6 & 63 securities certification. I attained those certifications and that is when I learned that having an education doesn’t mean success in business.

When I first saw the idea of leverage through Direct Sales and Team Building,  I was so excited in fact that I talked to everyone that I came into contact with.  I didn’t realize that my friends and family wouldn’t be too happy about me trying to get them involved in a direct sales business or letting me help them with there financial planning. 

I took from that experience the importance of marketing to people that have a need, want, and capabilities to purchase my products and services. But sadly, there was not a lot of support or training on marketing there, so I stepped out and ventured out to other things.

Then I was off to explore MLM

Don't let that word, "MLM" scare you, it stands for Multi-Level Marketing or Network Marketing. Network Marketing companies are direct sales companies which pay out a portion of their sales for a product to multiple distributors kinda like real estate companies do, You know how the broker gets a piece of every sale an agent makes.  

If you have been burned by MLM, join the club, so have I. Now, don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with MLM, it is just that so many people have also been burned because of all the hype, smoke and mirror jobs put over on us by con artists. I personally think MLM is a fantastic and great industry, but I also know that in order to succeed, one must not try to duplicate a PERSON, but only a MARKETING SYSTEM...more about that as you read on....

I joined a company called Ameriplan, they provided dental benefits to families at a huge discounted price, and they were able to do this nationwide. I did ok with this plan, however I figured out that when you are only making a few dollars per sale it takes a lot of work to make a significant income. And I also learned...
 

	You Have To to offer something in business that a target market wants and needs.
	You Have To have an awesome compensation plan that will allow you to make a great income based on your own efforts.
	You Have To have a duplicable marketing system that will work for you while you sleep, that is why I designed this site.
	You Have To find the target market instead of using amateur marketing techniques that are usually taught by the industry.

After you have been online and looking for a new business over and over and after failing and failing, something needs to change right? I heard stats that say there are 200 million people on the internet right now. 198 Million of them want to start a home based business because they are not making a living with a 9-5 job.

Do you relate with that?

I got tired throwing out, $5, $10, $20 and $50 to join programs which never really put much more BACK into my wallet. I broke even on most and even made a few hundred here and there but I was not in what I would call the BIG TIME.

To be perfectly honest, I spent the first couple years running between mad and frustrated. Like most, I failed many times and made a ton of mistakes, but managed to finally make a few bucks along the way.. I guess I was just too stubborn to quit.

*** Use highly effective postcards.  Postcards are one of the most simple ways to introduce people to your opportunity and most importantly it is highly duplicable.  I use a simple tool to create nice looking postcards here

*** Purchase Traffic To My Site.  Again this is another highly effective and simple duplicable method of marketing that not many people talk about.

*** Mail out flyers.  Yep you guessed it another easy form of marketing that anyone can do

*** Create videos and distribute them to various video sharing sites not exactly duplicable but it is simple and fun.

These systems aren't 100% automated, but they're automated to the point where it brings prospects to contact me via email or phone, and we talk and see if there's a match to do business together.
